- Peel and grate Radish.
- Squeeze all water from radish.

- Boil milk in a pan add squeezed radish.
- Mix and cook the grated Radish in milk on low to medium flame for 30 minutes.
- Reduce the milk.
- Add sugar.
- Add ghee mix well at least 10 minutes.
- Cook it dry till separate the ghee.
- Add khoya and mix well.
- Also add cardamom and Kewra water.
- Dry nuts mix it.
- Ready for eat.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
